While federal and state regulations limit our ability to offer refunds or exchanges on alcoholic products, we are committed to resolving any issues related to defective or damaged items. Returns for Tequila Products

Due to federal and state regulations governing the sale of alcohol, we're unable to provide refunds or exchanges on our tequila products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Proof of purchase or a receipt is required to process your claim. Any cancellations made before the shipment of your order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the product cost.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@tequilabylamborghini.com.

Shipping Policy

While we strive to offer free shipping whenever possible, please be aware that if an item is returned to us after several failed delivery attempts and a brief hold period for pickup, we will need to charge a fee to offset the loss in shipping costs.

If you opt for a refund instead of redelivery after the shipping carrier returns an item, we will deduct the cost of return shipping and packaging from your refund, resulting in a 50% deduction of the item cost per item.
