Shipping Details
We offer shipping services for our tequilas to various locations; however, please note that due to specific state regulations, we are unable to provide direct-to-consumer shipment of hard liquor to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Utah. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Orders placed before 8 a.m. local time are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Express shipments count business days only, starting the following Monday if shipped on Friday.
Shipments to Canada, Australia, and the UK may incur additional local duties and taxes.
Shipping will vary depending on the contents of your order as well as destination. Below are the starting prices for each delivery method:
Ground shipping (2-5 business day): FREE
2nd day air (2 business days): $50
Priority overnight (1 business day): $85
For customers residing in the aforementioned states, we recommend exploring local retailers or licensed vendors who may carry our products.
Please rest assured that we adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of alcoholic beverages. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
*Shipments to Pennsylvania may experience longer transit times due to the specific regulations imposed by the state. As a result, orders destined for Pennsylvania may take approximately 2 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work within the guidelines set forth by the state authorities to ensure compliance and deliver our tequilas to you safely.

Receiving Your Shipment
Tequila Patrizia Lamborghini is committed to ensuring that our premium products are delivered securely and legally. As such, upon receipt of your delivery, our shipping partners will verify that the receiver is at least 21 years of age and request a signature. If you are not available at the time of delivery, two additional attempts will be made before your order is held at the shipper's distribution center. Please note that due to state regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes as an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Redelivery Policy
Should a shipment be returned to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts by our carrier (FEDEX or UPS), a redelivery fee will be charged. This fee will amount to a minimum of 25% of the total cost or $50 per bottle (whichever is lowest). This policy also applies to returns that are undamaged.
